We also enjoy the $5 lunch specials for each day is a different special. The grilled chicken salad, tacos and cheese burgers are our favorites. If you have a problem ask for Mike the manager he is friendly and helpful.
My family and I used to enjoy coming here on weekends and special occasions but the last 2 visits were a nightmare this last visit we were seated right away but nobody came to take our order or drinks for over 45 min. Seemed like Teenagers were running it. Never seen a manager or an adult. Once we ordered it took hr for them to bring food out then I had to wait another 30 due to someone in kitchen dropping my dinner. The steaks used to be tender and awesome, past 2 times they were rubbery and cold. tables around us were very nasty weren't cleaned the whole time we were there. Not sure what is going on we had the whole family which ended up costing us around $120.00. Should've asked for money back but.... that would've probably taken another hour. We wanted to come give it another try last Saturday but not sure if we wanted to chance it. ;[
The steaks we're under cooked. They forgot to bring the deserts after we ordered them. The manager without my asking cut 50 percent off the final bill. I would rather have had the food correct and paid the extra money. We have been there several times and every other time there has been either food or staff problems. Their fix seams to be to cut 50 percent off the bill. We would rather have better service. We will not be eating their again.
We had a family get together in the backroom The food was good, the onion rings and rolls are both outstanding! We had great service and the waiter made it a fun birthday celebration for my sister.
Thursday night was great because kids eat free but the steaks that my wife and I were served left much to be desired. They weren't cooked exactly to order but were tough and dry. Luckily, A1 came to the rescue. The shrimp with the steak wasn't worth the extra money, in my opinion. The steak bites the kids had were too tough for them to eat but they filled up on rolls so they didn't seem to mind too much. On the plus side, the Caesar salad was good.
I was there with my wife on Veteran's Day and my waitress Olivia was amazing. She checked on us just at the right times not when we had a mouth full of food. She asked if we needed anything anytime she saw we were running low on tea or water and she returned with refills quickly. She stopped to make sure our meal was good. She was funny. The meal was fantastic but having Olivia as our waitress put it over the top. Actually the meal could have been average an Olivia would have made the 5/10 meal a 8/10 and our meal was a 9/10 so she made it Over The Top. I don't know what you pay her but it isn't enough.
