My son and I have been coming to Smiles for last 5yrs and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!
My mom went to this establishment and had a HORRIBLE experience! She has an infection acquired by the care she received at this office!! And that has caused shooting pain into her temple! She went to her MD and he put her on antibiotics! I'm so displeased with the service, I want Dr Williams to fix it at no cost to my mother, and refund her the money she previously spent!! She went for help, and came out of it in worse condition than before she went in!!!
Very very nice staff. Dr. Williams is awesome. Had a really bad molar that needed extraction. Setup an appointment. Got in and out within 30 minutes including the extraction. No full exam to tell me all the extra things that need to be done. Concentrated only on the immediate task at hand. Best of all no judgements were made for paying with cash without insurance. Will be going back for all my dental needs.
Dr Williams is wonderful. I had been using dentists in Joplin and now drive 20+ miles to Miami OK just to use Smiles. I have had 2 root canals and a crown take care of at Smiles. The staff has been amazing. My 2 children ages 7 and 11 actually don't fight me anymore when I say they have dentist appointment. I highly recommend seeing Dr Williams.
