They took my order and my payment in a very prompt and nice manner. But then I got to the second window and sat for 6 MINUTES before someone even greeted me. Then the teeny bopper was only going to the window to fill supplies. Opened the door and greeted me like she didnt even know I was there. I had to repeat my order to her and then had to TELL HER THAT I ALREADY PAID!! Then she tried to play it off but saying they were waiting on fresh meat. By the time I got my food 3 minutes after talking to the girl, my milkshake was half melted and my meat was dry like it wasn't fresh at all. The first 3 minutes of my service was great. The remaining 9 minutes was terrible! 12 minutes in the drive thru is terrible time.
I just expect a mystery order most of the time, because they can't ever get the simple order correct and if you have to correct it,wait,deal with the attitudes, and not be compensated in any way ( like keeping the food they just pitch in trash) or for your food taking an extra 12 min... It's better to just accept what you get... Also if the ice cream line is out to the entry door and their are 0 customers at the two food cash registers, and you see 8 people (including managers) just standing around, they won't help make ice cream, take orders, or anything ... Better off getting back in the car and going through the drive thru!!!
Amazing burgers and milkshakes. I love the food here and you can get good fresh fruits and vegetables along bread, cookies,milk, and ice cream. I'll stop here again.
I had some of the best ice cream, short of homemade. The flavors are out of this world, and I love coming here every chance I can get!
