Told my Friend they couldn't Xray her Broken Foot because it was too swollen and the Xray wouldn't work

My husband has keddney stones. Nursing staff kept forgetting his pain meds and when we let them know it was getting worse we were blown off. At one point and time a member of the staff told us we don't have time to mess with you. The goal was to stay ahead of the pain. And on more then one occasion they were late an hour or more. I gave a one star rating only because the charge nurse the next day tried to fix the miscommunication the nursing staff had. I would not recommend any of my family members to this hospital .I had to watch my husband cry in pain and there was nothing I could do to help him. If my husband had been dieing they would of let him.
Integris has misdiagnosed just about everyone I know who has gone to that sad excuse for a hospital. They misdiagnosed a friend of mine's mother with allergies. Her mother went to the hospital in Joplin and turns out it was brain cancer, unfortunately. They misdiagnosed my knee pain and said I was doing it for attention; when I had to have surgery on my hip. Misdiagnosed my little cousin with a bone disease in her hip when she really had a broken foot. Do not ever go there, take the extra 35 minutes and go to Joplin.
