We noticed there were 7 dirty tables in the lobby and the floor had obviously not been cleaned from the day before.
I always love some good Taco Bell. Pretty much exactly what you would expect for your money.
They do correct their errors and when they do the good is good.
We walked in at 9:15am and the first thing we heard was a male employee throwing up in the bathroom. A female employee wearing gloves came and took our order, after cashing us out she resumed doing her prep work without washing her hands or changing her gloves. We ordered 4 things, we finally got our food at 9:32am.
Worst visit to a fast food place in a very long time.
Good service, good food. Above average versus other taco bell restaurants. Sometimes facilities need a little attention.
I would like to say that for the first time i have finally been to a Taco Bell where the front counter help treated me with respect and made sure my order was correct before it was given to me so i am sending a shout out to Ms. Crystal Jones for going above and beyond her job to make sure all of her customers were happy comfortable with a very clean lobby to eat in. Now that is what you call a professional at her job and others could learn a thing or two from this lady about hospitality. Thank you again Ms. Crystal Jones from me and my family and friends.
