On arrival, I found flies in my room. At breakfast there was only half of a stale biscuit and a spoonful of cold eggs. Waited at front desk at least 2 minutes to tell them there is no breakfast available. Staff didn't seem to care and told me to wait until they got around to getting more food out. Staff should have been more attentive to guests' needs at 8:50 am. I have spent many nights in many different hotels during the past 10 years. I had always thought that the Choice Hotel brand was one of the better hotels. This was not only the worst Choice Hotel branded stay, it was the worst hotel stay I experienced in the past 10 years.
Good price. Decent room but my blanket had a cigarette burn in it. The main problem I had is that I booked it directly through their website, put in my credit card information and everything and when I got there they told me that the room is booked but not paid for. She told me you can't pay for it through their website. It doesn't make sense that I had to give them my card info, then pay once I get there.
Nice, clean, quite. About 2/3's the price of the other places in Miami, OK. Employees were very friendly. Great experience. WE will be staying there again.
Hotel was old. After going inside the room, a very unidentifiable odor. Wife was getting ready for bed, pulled covers back brown recluse spider came out from under the pillow. TV didn't work, clerk had to come to room with extra remotes to found one that would work tv. Bugs seemed to like the room. A/C was great though. Bed was comfortable after spider hunting. But being country folk from Texas, all in all not to terrible, quite an experience though. Not sure if we will stay again
"Southern Hospitality" hahah . more Like FOREIGN . IF you can Find anyone that Actually SPEAKS English . Room was a Dump as was the Entire Building -- I ended up forgetting My Pillow there .. I called , Finally got someone who spoke English, Kinda . They Told me I had to talk to the Manager , who was Pakistani - who was never there .. after calling Several Times .. they said they had my Pillow, but No One said anything more. - I called again --- Then they Couldn't Find it .. Had No idea .. they Cared NOT AT ALL that I was Not Happy about them "Losing" my expensive Chiropractic Pillow. ( I told them Yeah , someone employee Liked it and Took it home ) -- I would rather Sleep in my Car than Go back to this PIT HOLE ! .. travelers be ware !..
