Typical Hampton Inn value and service
I stay at a lot of Hilton rand hotels in many different states and this hotel is beyond pathetic. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable and the ac unit would not cycle properly I didn’t sleep at all last night. The next morning when I checked out I let the person at the front counter know about the issues and she told me the manager would be back in 30 minuets and that she would more than likely take care of the room for me and when the manager called me she just accused me of lying about the ac so I told her I would just call corporate and she hung up on me. I would not stay at this hotel if I was you. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.
The hotel is conveniently located off of the highway and it's easy to access from the road. The rooms are really clean, staff is really accommodating, and the appliances in the room were clean and functional. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. They serve a descent breakfast too (some hot items as well as traditional continental breakfast)! Overall, I would say it was a 4 star experience!!
Nice quite hotel. Really clean and the rooms nice. Breakfast is so good and the staff is so nice and helpful.
Really friendly staff. Well maintained. Nice breakfast buffet. Beds are too soft for me, so I use pillows to help keep pressure off my shoulders.
